Recovery Day

Today I spent the day recovering in Berlin after 9 straight nights of partying. My body kind of has had it. It looks like the Poland thing fell through so I'm off to Vienna tomorrow. Last night they shoed a good documentary called Mr Catra the Faithful about a Brazilian favela funk artist which was pretty interesting. Deadbeat played some nice stuff followed by Mad Professor who dubbed it up but it's kind of annoying how he starts to play a track then cuts all the music, introduces it and plays it from the beginning again. I was looking forward to DJ Rupture but I don't think his set was as good as the one he did in Sydney. There was some punchy raga jungle and some grime in there but not quite as hard hitting but varied none the less, dub and noise included. Crakhaus went on but time to leave, my ears still have bass concussion. Kind of a shitty day today though, have had trouble finding people who speak English and it's snowed the first time since I've been in Europe.
