Last blast..

Checked out Monolake at Tonic on Thursday. Techno that was a bit stiff most of the time but a few good grooving bits. Aki Onda played a set that didn't do anything and stuffed around with cassettes downstairs. Ate at the Tien Garden again that night and Angelicas Kitchen (both good vege restaurants) the night before. That dish there was really weird though, pulled in too many directions.
Suicide played the Knitting Factory tonight. There were some boring bits in there but there were some songs that really rocked (for electronics), a pretty intense moshpit was going on for Frankie. Of course the first album stuff got the best response, the more repetitive guitar sounding ones. Support was Genesis P. Orridge and the Majesty whose music I didn't like at all. Maybe 1 minute of dialogue was OK. Not very entertaining, they've definitely had too many drugs.. although Genesis's breast implants looked good!
Been looking after my buddy Beethovan the cat the past few days. I'm gonna miss him.
