eeeecch..

Managed to get down to a jazz kind of club (room out the back where you could hear people at the bar talking) in Park Slope, Brooklyn tonight. Saw Fred Lonberg-Holm solo although I got there late since I went up and down the street about 4 times, then it occured to me to look at a map! Scrape, eep,..you get the picture, some parts were nice. It was 5 bucks but they wanted to charge another 8 for the performance late with 'friends' (Trevor Dunn, etc). I went and spent the money on food instead. Dalek played for free at Rothko last night, pretty physical. It's probably better to see them live for the experience than trying to sit through one of their albums.
